Here's a quick update on our new house. The exterior is done, and they've finished electrical, painting, laminate flooring and installed the cabinets inside. When we visited the house today, they had laid the padding to get prepped for the carpet. They haven't given us an exact move-in date, but we figure it will be around the middle of March.The Management Company I work for was putting a proposal together to manage the Association today and I took a couple pictures for the cover page. This is a picture I took of the lake in our neighborhood. Isn't it pretty?!
